Q: What’s your product range?

A:Our main products include:

Q: What about the lead time?

A:It depends on the order quantity. In general, lead time is about 5-7 working days. For samples, the delivery could be as fast as

same day.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: For small amount orders, 100% better paid by PayPal or T/T in advance. For large amount orders like more than

10000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance fully paid before shipment.

Q: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new LEDs with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q. Do you have a special price and service for wholesale?

Q. Do you support drop shipping and how much is the shippping cost?

A:Yes, we support drop shipping. You should leave the receiver's information when you place the order, then we will send the goods according the address you have left. The shipping cost are based on your order's volume and weight, and it can be calculated.
