Precautions


1. Is there any relationship between the curing speed of the shadowless glue and the quality of the glue? SGS Quality Report of Shadowless Glue


The curing speed of shadowless glue, especially the positioning speed, has always been a data that consumers are more concerned about. There are many aspects to measure the quality of the shadowless glue: positioning time, curing depth, strength, and flexibility of the film are all aspects of assessing the quality of the shadowless glue. We believe that the faster the positioning speed, the greater the internal stress generated when the glue is cured. This may cause the aluminum plate to fall off. Generally, the positioning speed is 6 to 10 seconds. Therefore, it is wrong to judge the quality of the shadowless glue solely based on the curing speed.


2. Is the more sizing amount the better during bonding?


Shadowless glue is not the more sizing amount, the better. Experiments show that the thinner the adhesive layer, the higher the strength. Generally speaking, the thickness of the film should not exceed 0.2 microns.


3. Many consumers have found that the shadowless adhesive sometimes whitens when using the shadowless adhesive. How can the whitening phenomenon of the shadowless adhesive be quickly and accurately detected?


The whitening phenomenon of shadowless glue is a common problem, but because the whitening phenomenon is not serious and the film is relatively thin, it is generally difficult to find. When a liquid is moved by an external force, a measure of frictional resistance between its molecules is called viscosity. The greater the frictional resistance, the greater the viscosity; the smaller the frictional resistance, the lower the viscosity. In the International System of Units, the unit of viscosity is mPa.s. The viscosity of water is 1.14 mPa.s.


5. Does the lower the viscosity, the lower the strength?


There is no direct relationship between the viscosity and strength of the shadowless glue. If it is wrong to understand viscosity as strength, it is a misunderstanding.

After irradiation, it can reach a higher strength, which can meet the needs of the rhythm of the automated production line; the second-generation acrylic structural adhesive 1-10 The maximum strength can be reached within 24 hours after the initial curing; room temperature curing epoxy structural adhesives can be cured within 10 to 120 minutes, and the maximum strength can be reached within 7 hours.
