Ultraviolet LED, visible light LED, and infrared LED have their special applications in different wavelength bands.

UV LED (ultraviolet LED)
(1) Low UV: 250nm-265nm-285nm-365nm, now 250nm-410nm can be achieved. These are all INGaN/GaN material carbides. These UVs kill all bacteria in water up to 98%, especially at 285 nm.
(2) Medium-ultraviolet light: 365 nm -370 nm light is used internationally. Ultraviolet light has lethal power. Generally, doctors are required to ensure that there is no bacteria during surgery. 365nm-390nm generally use this ultraviolet to fill dentists, which is characterized by: strong function and short time. At the same time, the wavelength of 365nm-370nm is used internationally to identify the authenticity of banknotes.
(3) High UV light: 405 nm -410 nm, the maximum chip size is no more than 2 inches (also called UV chip). From 345-410nm can be used for the cultivation of plant seeds. 405nm-410nm is also useful for distinguishing the authenticity of RMB banknotes.

VIS LED (Visible Light LED)
(1) Blue light: 430 nm -450 nm -470 nm should be used in the blue light band. The main component is INGaN/GaN, but its content is low, the capacity is low, and it is not durable. It is mainly used in the blue light band.
(2) Green light: 505 nm -520 nm -540 nm is mainly used in the green light band, and its main components are: INGaN/GaN. The main components of 556 are: GaP/ALInGaP, which is the pure green that the human eye can see most clearly in international spectroscopy.
(3) Yellow light: 570 nm -590 nm band is mainly used for amber (yellow); 600 nm -620 nm band is mainly used for orange.
(4) Red light: the 630 nm -640 nm band is mainly used for red, and the 660 nm -730 nm band is long, and the main application is deep red.
Infra LED (Infrared Light LED)
Plant growth is enhanced with 660 nm -730 nm -780 nm light.
730nm-760nm medical products can check whether the patient is in a vegetative state
760nm-790nm-805nm is used in medicine to detect the content of fat.
850 nm -880 nm is used to detect the rotational speed of the engine.
900 nm is mainly used as a testing instrument to detect human blood gas, blood sugar, etc.
940 nm is mainly used as a remote control for position locking.
1000 nm -1300 nm -1500 nm -1550 nm is a detection instrument that mainly detects highly volatile gases such as human alcohol/fiber/carbon monoxide/carbon dioxide.
Some other special uses of special bands:
(1) 250 nm-300 nm (0.1MW), 350 nm-360 nm (1MW), 380 nm-400 nm (5MW, 20MA). The product is excited by light in the 320nm~400nm band, which can effectively remove formaldehyde, benzene, xylene in the air in the office and viruses, bacteria, and odors in the daily office air, prevent virus infection, and reduce the spread of diseases. At the same time, it can promote metabolism in the body, enhance immunity, make us energetic, and keep our family healthy.
(2) The wavelength of 570-580 nanometers causes the mosquito retina to blur and let it escape automatically.
(3) 320nm~380nm ultraviolet rays can promote skin metabolism, strong growth of the upper skin, thickening of the skin, and can also treat psoriasis (psoriasis), vitiligo, etc.; when used for lighting, the fluorescent effect of the illuminated object can be strong; It can be used for industrial radiation detection, chemical phase formation, and banknote inspection.
(4) 275nm~320nm ultraviolet rays; sunbathing has a strong physiological effect on the human body. It can cause skin photochemistry and light spot process, so that the skin produces many active substances, which can play a role in the human body's internal organs, mental system, endocrine system and circulatory system. Good effect; after the human body is exposed to sunbathing, it causes skin redness and produces an erythema effect. On the other hand, it converts 7-dehydroergot cholesterol in the skin into vitamin D3 or D2, and promotes the normal calcium and phosphorus circulation of the human body. It is especially important for pregnant women and young children.
(5) The use of insects' vision has the characteristics of maximum sensitivity in the ultraviolet region near 360nm; it can lure insects together and kill them.
(6) The special wavelength of 315nm, the ultraviolet B band has a strong physiological effect on animals, and can play a positive role in the normal work of the internal organs, nervous system, endocrine system and circulatory system of animals, and promote the synthesis of protein and vitamin D3.
