② LED lamp beads for voltage requirements:
Nominal 3V LED lamp beads, in fact, different colors have different requirements for current, yellow requires the smallest current, followed by red, green, white, and blue. Too much current will burn the wick.
Using a 2.4V rechargeable battery, the yellow is easy to burn, because even if the voltage is not large, but the current is too large, it will still burn at will.
When using a button battery, because the button battery voltage is 3V, but because the button battery discharge current is very small, the 3V LED lamp beads will not be burned. Therefore, when using LED lamp beads, you should choose a suitable power supply, pay attention to the voltage and current.

When choosing a power supply, if it does not meet the rated requirements of the LED lamp beads, the circuit needs to be improved, and the common resistance is added!
③How to divide the luminous color of the LED lamp beads:
In the case of no power supply, it is recommended to prepare a 3V button battery for the convenience of selection at the time of purchase, and use this battery to easily check what light the LED emits during selection.
④ Reasons for the burning of high-power LED lamp beads:
1. The upper and lower filaments are called gold wires in our industry. Pure gold is used for conducting electricity. There are two positive electrodes and two negative electrodes. A really good product will have a fifth wire, which is welded to the Zener tube. protective
2. When the filament becomes shorter, it will clearly tell you that your lamp has been burned by a large current, which is equivalent to an open circuit.
3. The driving current of high-power 1W is about 350ma, and the working voltage is between 3.2-3.6V. Please pay attention when using it. Excessive current will definitely burn the lamp.
4. Generally, the aluminum substrates of the three 1W lamps are driven by about 12V, and few of them are directly used at 220V. Do you want to see if a constant current source or a 12V driving power supply is missing?
⑤ Reasons for the yellowing of LED lamp beads:
The reason for the yellowing of the LED outer sealant is mostly due to the mismatch between the epoxy resin and the curing agent, but it cannot be ruled out that the baking time of the outer sealant is too long.
Solution: buy a complete set of outer sealing glue and curing agent, such as Shanghai Fine Chemical's model 800 or 2339 glue, the following situations will not occur, and pay attention to production control, strictly follow the operation instructions, and avoid excessive or insufficient baking time. , this situation is well controlled.

⑥ Reasons for leakage of LED lamp beads:
Machine equipment is not grounded, and personnel are not wearing electrostatic wristbands (must be corded). Improper electrostatic protection. Then there is the packaging process, the welding wire PAD is biased, and finally the hidden quality problem of the chip itself.
⑦LED lamp beads should be a problem of capacitive and inductive loads:
In fact, they are neither. The LED lamp bead is a diode. It needs a forward conduction voltage to work, generally 2-3.5V. In addition, the current size can control the brightness of the LED lamp bead. That is to say, LED lamp beads only convert electrical energy into light energy.
