1. The onset of static electricity:   

(1) Conflict: In daily life, any two objects with different materials are touched and then separated, and static electricity can be generated. 2. The damage of static electricity to high-power LED lamp beads:   

(1) Due to the instantaneous electric field or the heat generated by the current, the high-power LED lamp bead is partially injured. The leakage current is rapidly increased and the operation can still be performed, but the brightness decreases and the life span is impaired.  

(2) The insulating layer of the high-power LED lamp beads is damaged by the electric field or current, making the equipment unable to work (damage), and it appears as a dead lamp.  

3. Static electricity protection and elimination methods:    All employees who directly touch the high-power LED lamp beads in the entire process (production, testing, packaging, etc.) must do a good job of avoiding and eliminating static electricity. The first is   1

(1) Lay an anti-static floor in the workshop and ground it well.  

(2) The workbench is an anti-static workbench, and the production machine is well grounded.  

(3) Operators wear anti-static clothes, anti-static wristbands, gloves or foot rings.  

(4) Use ion blower.  

(5) Solder the electric iron to make a good grounding method.  

(6) Use anti-static materials for packaging.
