Shortcoming
1. The application of old-fashioned wire bonding equipment is immature or needs to be installed with nitrogen protection before it can be used.
2. High technical requirements for manufacturers. In order to achieve the desired effect, it usually takes a long time to debug the equipment in the early stage.
