Before unpacking
1. The ambient temperature for LED storage is: 20℃-30℃, and the humidity is below 60% RH;
2. When the LED device is stored, it must be vacuum packed to prevent pollutants or harmful substances from entering the LED device.
3. Before opening the package, the storage period of the LED device is 90 days. If it exceeds 90 days, it is recommended to bake and dehumidify the LED device (must be in the storage environment and the packaging bag is intact). The specific date of the packaging bag shall prevail.
After unpacking
1. After opening the package, the LED storage environment temperature is: 20℃-30℃, and the humidity is: 30%-50%RH;
2. After opening the package, it should be stored in a closed container with desiccant or in a nitrogen moisture-proof cabinet;
3. After opening the package, the LED device should be used up within 12 hours, and the unused ones need to be dehumidified for vacuum packaging. Dehumidification conditions: 70°C/12 hours;
4. If the desiccant fails or the LED is exposed to the air for more than 12 hours, it should be dehumidified before use. Dehumidification conditions: 70°C/12 hours.
5. When the product is exposed for more than 48 hours, it is recommended to return to our company for high temperature dehumidification.
