Usually we make copper board with thickness 2.0mm. Thicker copper board can make the led heat dissipation much more faster.
We request our end clients to make the uv curing system with water recycle cooling system. The air cooling system is far from enough. The uv leds usually can not last too long time if our end clients is using great qty of uv curing led modules for huge machines.
