Flip chip LED has five major advantages:
1) Electrodes on the flip chip directly contact the ceramic substrate, and omits the need for sapphire substrate used in heat dissipation. Therefore, the chip can be driven by high current.
2) Optical design is made easier, but flip chip sizes are smaller.
3) Improvements in heat dissipation, which in turn extends chip lifetime.
4) The wire-bonding free (without wire-bond) flip chip can reduce defect risks during packaging and operations.
5) Flip chip has laid the foundation for future packaging developments.

Q: Do you accept Alibaba online orders?

Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new LEDs with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: For small amount orders, 100% better paid by PayPal or T/T in advance. For large amount orders like more than
10000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance fully paid before shipment.
Q. Do you have any MOQ limit for an order?
