940nm VCSEL Laser Emitter in 3535 Ceramic SMD Package
GMKJ 940nm VCSEL Laser with 3535 ceramic SMD packaging is developed for automotive driver monitoring applications, providing reliable infrared illumination for DMS (Driver Monitoring System) cameras and in-cabin sensing modules.
Designed for near-infrared facial and eye recognition, this compact VCSEL emitter provides high optical output, rapid response characteristics and stable illumination performance to support driver attention monitoring, gaze tracking and occupant sensing functions. The 940nm wavelength enables invisible illumination while maintaining excellent compatibility with automotive image sensors.
Based on GMKJ's optoelectronic packaging experience, the VCSEL emitter can be customized in terms of optical power, beam control, package design and application requirements for different automotive sensing platforms.
Optical Integration
The GMKJ 940nm VCSEL Emitter is designed for integration into automotive infrared illumination modules and DMS camera systems. Combined with optical components such as diffusers, lenses and beam-shaping elements, it provides controlled and uniform near-infrared illumination to support reliable in-cabin sensing.
For Driver Monitoring System (DMS) applications, the 940nm VCSEL provides invisible illumination for facial recognition, eye tracking, driver attention monitoring and gaze detection.
