Advantages of high power LED lighting:

The high-power LED lighting with so many advantages makes us think that it is a valuable work to vigorously promote the use of it. However, it also has some disadvantages, such as the low color of white light lighting. At present, the yellow and blue fluorescent white light LEDs with color rendering index of about 80 can also be used for general lighting, but it is difficult for some places requiring high resolution It's not enough. Although red phosphor is added by proper method, it can make up for 90% CRI above the shortcomings, but compared with the incandescent lamp 99, there is still a certain gap, and its efficiency will be affected. In terms of color, high-power LED lighting needs to be upgraded. Finally, because the price is too high, in fact, due to the consideration of comprehensive cost, the use of LED lighting in many occasions still saves a lot of cost.
High POWER LED use instructions:
1、 Storage:
1. In order to avoid moisture absorption, it is recommended to store the product in the drying cabinet with desiccant at 5 ℃ ~ 30 ℃ and humidity ≤ 60% hr;
2. After storage for six months, it is recommended to use it again after light and color separation to prevent photoelectric parameters from changing.
2、 If the product is sealed with silica gel
1. It is recommended to dry the products that have been sealed for more than six months before use. The drying condition is 65 ℃± 5 ℃ for 10 hours;
2. The product should be used up within 24 hours after opening, otherwise it should be baked at 65 ℃ for 4-6 hours before reflow soldering;
3. Do not press the silicone surface with any sharp objects (such as tweezers). Do not leave fingerprints on the surface of silicone. The normal pressure on the surface of silica gel should be less than 2 N, and the pressure should be less than 2 n
The pressing times are less than 3 times; the side pressure of silicone gel is less than 1.5 Newton, and the pressing times are less than 3 times. Pick up materials correctly (as shown in the figure below)
3、 Rapid cooling is not allowed after reflow.
4、 Soldering iron is used for manual welding, and the condition is 300 ℃ / 3sec.
5、 Welding on deformed PCB board is forbidden.
6、 The product shall not come into contact with water, oil or organic solution.
7、 The junction temperature of LED should be considered for the working current value of the product.
8、 Repackage unused products and store them in a dry place after sealing in a moisture-proof bag.
9、 Product dimensions can be changed without notice.
10、 Anti static requirements: when using the product, you must wear anti-static ring or anti-static gloves
