 1. How can I know the luminous color of LED?

1. It is recommended to prepare a 3V button battery, which can be used to easily check what the LED emits when selecting.


2. What are the voltage requirements of LED lamp beads?

1. Different colors of lamp beads also have different requirements for current. Yellow requires the smallest current, followed by red, green, white, and blue. If the current is too large, the wick will scorch.


3. Why does the LED lamp bead leak electricity?

1. The equipment of the machine is not grounded, and the personnel are not wearing an electrostatic wristband (must be corded), resulting in improper electrostatic protection.

2. During the packaging process, the silver glue is too high to cause leakage and wire leakage.

4. The LED lamp beads should be the problem of capacitive and inductive load?

1. Neither, the LED lamp bead is a diode, and it needs a positive conduction voltage to work, generally 1.8-3.5V. In addition, the current can control the brightness of the LED lamp bead. LED lamp beads just convert electrical energy into light energy.

5. What is the reason for the dead light of LED lamp beads?

1. Dead light during welding. For example, the welding proficiency and welding speed of the heating platform, the influence of static electricity, the unreasonable adjustment of the over-reflow soldering temperature, and the poor grounding of the machine.

2. Dead lights caused by improper storage. The sealing glue of the lamp beads is mostly made of silica gel, which has certain water absorption characteristics. After the lamp beads are attached to the board after being damp, the silica gel will expand and contract with heat after the high temperature welding process, and the chip, gold wire, bracket, and deformation will cause The gold wire shifts and breaks, and the lamp does not turn on. The LED lamp beads after opening must be used up as soon as possible.

3. Chemical cleaning. Do not use unknown chemical liquids to clean the LEDs, which may damage the surface of the LED colloid or even cause cracks in the colloid.

4. Deformation causes dead light. During the production process, the assembly, movement, and stacking of the lamp panels may cause deformation and break the gold wire.

5. The heat dissipation structure and the power light board are not matched. Unreasonable power supply design, exceeding the maximum limit of LED lamp beads, unreasonable heat dissipation of the lamp structure, will cause dead lights and light decay.

6.  The reason for the large luminous decline of LED lamp beads?

1. The iron bracket has poor heat conduction.

2. Yellowing of epoxy resin.

3. The contact between the chip and the bracket is not close enough

4. The chip attenuation is large. If it is white light, there is still the problem of phosphor attenuation.


7.The reason for the yellow LED lamp beads?

1. The yellowing of the LED outer encapsulant is mostly caused by the mismatch between the epoxy resin and the curing agent, but it cannot be ruled out that the baking time of the outer encapsulant is too long.
