At present, 260 stations on 10 lines under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Metro Group maintain comprehensive and detailed cleaning and cleaning work. Every day, there is a dedicated killing team to kill all stations, hubs, and subway commercial spaces at a frequency of 1-3 hours. Among them, for the train cars, when all the trains on the line turn back at the terminal of the 10 lines, there will be a dedicated person on the train to kill, to ensure that each train is hygienic and safe before carrying passengers.


Shenzhen Metro stations and trains will also continue to use methods such as soaking fresh air filters and replacing mixed air filters to ensure that the air within the subway remains unblocked and hygienic. In addition, the Shenzhen Metro has put 910 “special buckets for discarded masks” in public areas of stations and commercial areas, and arranged for cleaning specialists to collect, transport, and disinfect to effectively solve the problem of discarding masks by citizens and curb the spread of the virus.


According to the Shenzhen Metro, the current 260 stations under its jurisdiction are still conducting temperature inspections for all passengers entering and boarding. Among them, Futian, Airport, Shenzhen North and other major passenger flow stations have invested a total of 412 infrared physical measurement equipment, which can automatically detect abnormal body temperature. Of passengers to report to the police to speed up the efficiency of passengers entering the station and avoid crowds.




Since February 16, 2020, the full-line network of the Shenzhen Metro has fully implemented the real-name ride system. Passengers holding real-name ticket cards such as Shenzhen Metro's bus code, Shenzhen Tong's bus code, financial IC card, etc. can directly board the bus in a "contactless" manner. Passengers with non-real-name ticket cards such as ordinary Shenzhen pass, counter ticket, day pass, etc., must scan the QR code to complete the real-name registration before entering the station. This measure allows Shenzhen Metro to digitally manage the travel information of all passengers and efficiently track the travel routes of close contacts of suspected patients.
