As we all know,UV LED cover wavelength from 200-400nm, which have different kinds of application.
(1) UV LEDs mainly include three wavelength ranges: UVA/UVB/UVC. The five major markets are curing, testing, disinfection/purification, phototherapy, and Tanning.
(2) Yole believes that the first wave of UV LEDs is the UVA market, and the second wave is the disinfection/purification (UVC) market.
(3) Including China, the United States, and Japan, the "Minamata Convention" signed by more than 90 contracting parties around the world will ban the production, import and export of mercury-containing products from 2020, which is considered a policy dividend to promote the development of UV LED.
