What is the general temperature of SMD LED reflow soldering?
The temperature value of SMT reflow soldering is determined by many factors. The difference of product, leaded process, and lead-free process will have a great influence on the temperature setting of reflow soldering. Most of them take the temperature curve provided by the solder paste manufacturer as a reference, and then debug the settings according to the actual product and equipment environment.
Leaded process: The melting point of leaded solder paste is 183°C. Generally, the maximum peak temperature of reflow soldering will be increased by about 30°C, which is about 210°C.
Lead-free process: The melting point of lead-free solder paste is generally 217°C. Generally, the maximum peak temperature of reflow soldering will increase by about 30°C, which is about 245°C.
This should be based on the actual situation, and the actual welding length should not be too long. Of course, the temperature setting of reflow soldering cannot only set the temperature of reflow soldering. The whole process of reflow soldering is preheating zone, soaking constant temperature zone, reflow soldering and cooling zone. The temperature settings of these four temperature zones have great differences.
