Anti-static

• Static electricity or high voltage can damage the lamp bead. When using the lamp bead, it is recommended to wear anti-static ring or anti-static gloves.

• When soldering iron, the machine is grounded; all drive equipment should be grounded to ensure that the lamp voltage is within the normal range.

Heat dissipation

• When the lamp is energized, the higher the current, the greater the heat generated by the lamp bead; the excessively high temperature will damage the lamp bead and the current needs to be controlled properly.

• Need to add heat sink and heat sink, the ambient temperature is controlled at 40~60°C

Take the lamp beads

• When taking the lamp beads, it is recommended to use tools such as tweezers.

• Try to avoid touching the surface of the lamp with your hands to prevent contamination of the lamp beads and affect the optical effect.

A:It depends on the order quantity. In general, lead time is about 5-7 working days. For samples, the delivery could be as fast as

same day.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: For small amount orders, 100% better paid by PayPal or T/T in advance. For large amount orders like more than

10000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance fully paid before shipment.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, normally we could offer samples with free charge but do not pay the shipping freight.

Q: Is it OK to print my logo on the packing?

A:Of course, customized packing accepted! ! But it may bring some cost, it depends on the qty, if small qty then we don't accept.
