Shipping Options:
1. By Express: such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX etc. The dispatch time is about 10-15 days.
2. Air Freight: when your order more than 100kgs which will be more economical than express.
3. Sea Freight: we will update sea freight once we know your sea port where goods will be delivered.
4. Agent designated by client: please tell us the contact detail of your shipping agent and we will arrange to deliver the items.
Q. What payment methods can I use?
A:1.pay 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
2.T/T (Bank Transfer), On-line Trade Assurance Order.
Q. Can you provide free samples?
A: Yes, if quantity is small, we can supply samples free of charges.We will provide you with free samples at your discretion,, and you only need to provide shipping costs.
Question . Can I have a sample order of the led?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 1-3 working days, mass production needs 3-7 working days if order quantity more than 10K.
Q. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order? What's the Payment method?
A: MOQ is 10pcs for each model. We accept Alibaba Trade Assurance(Credit card or T/T),Paypal, and Western Union payment.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: For small amount orders, 100% better paid by PayPal or T/T in advance. For large amount orders like more than
10000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance fully paid before shipment.
