Our 6868 smd leds is using ALN ceramic base. Nitride Aluminum ceramic has better performance than the normal aluminum oxide ceramic. It can pass more heat through the LED base compared with AlO ceramic base.

UV 6868 LED has high wattage rated, max can reach 12 Watt.

So ALN base is really needed when we use 6868 smd leds for the UV curing purpose.

Also our 6868 smd leds are packed with quartz lens. Quartz lens is better than the silicone soft lens. When the clients are using the curing machines, the lens can not be always clean. Sometimes the clients need to wipe away the dust or dirty from the optics. Quartz lens can make the LED work still after touching or pressing. However, silicone lens does not.

Also quartz lens has better performance to the uv light. It can pass more uv light to the objects compared with silicone lens.
