UV Curing principle: Generally, the cured material that is irradiated is composed of oligomers, monomers, photoinitiators, additives and other ingredients. Oligomers are high molecular polymers with unsaturated double-stranded structure, which can be transformed into cross-linked solidified bodies after reaction. Monomers are the basic units of organic synthetic materials and are mainly used as diluents to reduce the viscosity of chemical systems. The photoinitiator generates two high-energy active radicals and cations under UV light irradiation to promote the crosslinking and curing of unsaturated double bonds of oligomers and monomers. The auxiliary agent does not directly participate in the curing process, and its main function is to prevent the curing material from gelling during storage or slow curing under dark light.
