    Product dehumidification

The deformation or breakage of the gold wire causes the lamp beads to not shine or flicker and quality problems. Choosing the right nozzle is the key to providing product quality.


    Manual welding

    It is recommended to use thermostatic iron and select (05MM tin wire, keep the temperature within degrees, and the soldering time of a single lamp bead should not exceed 3 seconds. During the soldering process, the glue should not be pressed against the surface of the glue at high temperature, and no pressure can be applied to the LED pins. , Let the tin wire naturally melt and combine with the pins. Be careful not to use hard objects and sharp-edged objects to scratch the surface of the glue, which will easily cause the direct internal gold wire to deform and cause dead lights.     Reflow soldering

    Mass production needs to use SMT patch production. Geyangguang recommends that the melting point of solder paste is below 220 degrees, and it is better to use reflow soldering in eight temperature zones. The high temperature cannot exceed 240 degrees, and the peak time is less than 10S. Reflow soldering needs to be completed in one time. Lamp beads must not be reflow soldered more than twice. Multiple reflow soldering is destructive to LED products. After reflow soldering the beads should not be repaired. When repairing is unavoidable, you must use a heating platform or a soldering expert to perform the operation, but it must Confirm in advance that this method will or will not damage the characteristics of the LED lamp beads.
