Precautions for the use of 2835 lamp beads

The 2835 lamp bead is a medium-power SMD super bright light-emitting diode, with 0.1W, 0.2W and 0.5W. Because its size is 2.8 (length) × 3.5 (width) × 0.8 (thickness) mm, it is based on the size of the post-chip LED lamp bead. The naming method is named 2835 lamp beads.

(1) Before unpacking

When the temperature does not exceed 40℃ and the humidity does not exceed 90%RH, the LED can be stored for one year. When storing, it is recommended to use a moisture-proof bag with a desiccant packaging method.

(2) After opening the package

LEDs need to be stored under the conditions of <=40℃&<=60%RH relative humidity. We strongly recommend that you complete the entire process from opening the package to completing the patch within one week.

If there are leftover LEDs that have not been used up, we recommend re-using the moisture-proof agent at the factory and need to reseal it.

If the desiccant has expired, please put the LED in an oven at 70°C for 12 hours.

The LED electrode and lead frame are made of copper alloy plated with silver. The silver plating layer will be damaged from the surrounding environment. Please keep the LED away from the environment that will corrode the silver plating layer of the LED electrode. After the LED electrode is corroded, it will be damaged. Reduce its welding ability and photoelectric parameters.

Avoid using LEDs in environments with rapid temperature changes, especially in high-humidity environments where condensation occurs.

Static electricity and surge voltage will damage the LED. It is recommended to wear an anti-static ring and anti-static gloves when touching the LED.

All equipment, devices and machines must be grounded. It is recommended to take corresponding measures to prevent the surge voltage from breaking down the LED.
