Shenzhen Guangmai Electronics Co., Ltd., a top10 led producer in advanced component solutions, today announced that it has begun mass producing a new mid-power LED package, the GE-3030HP, which features the industry’s highest luminous efficacy of 220 lumens per watt. The package is well suited for a range of LED lighting applications including ambient lighting, down lights and most retrofit lamps.
GE-3030HP was able to achieve its industry-leading efficacy (@ 65mA, 5000K, CRI 80+) by incorporating an advanced flip-chip package design and state-of-the-art phosphor technology. The GE-3030HP tri-chips design uses a high bin chips and highly reflective layer-formation technology to enhance its light efficacy at the chip level. Also, a complete separation between its red phosphor film and green phosphors allows minimal interference during the phosphor conversion process, resulting in higher efficacy than conventional phosphor structures. These combined technology enhancements enable a 10-percent increase in overall efficacy compared to competing 3030 platform packages without compromising on premium-quality light output.

Q:How Many Years warranty of this GE-3030HP LED ? what’s the suggest safe work temperature of this LED?
A: Normally our warranty for this GE-3030HP led is 3 years .with extra maintain cost we can extend the warranty time to max 5 years.
The safe working temperature of the LED negative electrode is 90-100℃。For the PCB area ,max temperature is 70-80℃. in General, with lower working temperature the LED’s life span will be longer. The heat dissipation is most important issue regarding any brand LEDs.
Q: what’s your mainly market ? which product is the most hot sale in your company.
A: Right now we have around 60% domestic business in Mainland China.other 40% of oversea business is mainly from Countries like USA, France. Russia, Poland, Argentina. India Turkey and some other middle east countries.

For SMD5050 LED, highest efficiency is 240lm/w.
For SMD3030 LED, the highest efficiency is 210lm/w .

A:Yes, for SMD LED, we can offer free sample 10-50pcs for testing purpose.
