Why my COB LED gets broken?
The core of the COB flat light source dead lamp is the circuit disconnection, which is related to the following factors:
1. Dust particles enter during the wiring process of the copper foil on the surface of the PCB substrate, causing an open circuit
2, the gold solder joints on the surface are oxidized
3. There are aluminum chips on the surface. Weld directly without being cleaned up.
4, the lead wire is broken
5. The quality of the chip itself is problematic
