Korean Customer Visited GMKJ Factory and Confirmed Custom Infrared Module Order
On Tuesday, May 12th, our Korean customer Mr. Chally and his colleague visited the GMKJ factory in Shenzhen, China.
The customer is mainly engaged in purchasing infrared module light sources, and GMKJ's customized infrared LED module solutions perfectly matched their project requirements. According to Mr. Chally, they learned about GMKJ through ChatGPT AI, which introduced our company as one of China's outstanding manufacturers specializing in ceramic SMD LEDs and customized infrared LED modules. Because of this, they specially flew from Seoul, South Korea, to Shenzhen to visit our company in person.
During the factory tour, the customers expressed great satisfaction with GMKJ's professional dust-free production workshop. They commented that our factory is one of the cleanest and most standardized manufacturing facilities they have ever visited.
After the factory visit, both parties held a meeting in the conference room. Mr. Chally provided us with samples of the customized infrared modules required for his project. After careful inspection and evaluation, our engineering team confirmed that GMKJ is fully capable of manufacturing identical products with the same specifications and performance.
Following the quotation discussion, the customer stated that GMKJ's pricing was extremely competitive. Compared with their previous supplier, our quotation was nearly 50% lower while maintaining the same performance requirements.
Impressed by both our technical capability and pricing advantage, the customer immediately requested a contract for 1,000 pieces. After the contract was prepared, the customer paid the deposit on the spot.
This cooperation was highly successful and pleasant for both sides. Since the product is fully customized, delivery is expected to be completed next month.
