Production Introduction:
UV UVA 12W 6565 SMD LED 365nm 380nm 390nm 400nm with Quartz Glass Lens, it is a product for high power UVA smd leds.
We packed 4 pcs 45mil vertical UVA chips inside with wavelength 365-375nm,380-390nm,390-400nm or 400-410nm.
Vertical crystals makes the UV emission power higher compared with the normal flat package crystals.
Quartz glass lens will not change burnt black color after long time using under uv light exposure.
Also it is packed with ALN (Aluminum Nitride) ceramic LED base. It helps the heat dissipate much more faster compared with the normal ALO (Aluminum Oxidation) ceramic smd led base.
Most of the clients are using such 6565 or 6868 uva smd leds for uva curing dryer light source.
We suggest our clients to use water cycling cooling system for the whole UV curing module.
Only in that way, it can make the whole UV curing system lasts longer lifespan.

What is LED-UV curing lamp?
