The bracket PAD and the chip are directly in contact with the PCB board after bonding through the primer, so that the heat of the bracket is directly The chip passes through the primer to the PCB substrate, and the heat conduction speed is fast. The 5050 bracket has a plastic wrap on the back. The bracket is divided into three pads. The solder feet are surrounded by the plastic through a bending process and then bent to the bottom. The heat conduction method is the chip Go to the bottom of the bracket and then lead to the outside and PCB solder feet through the solder feet. The heat conduction method is slow and the thermal resistance is high. The 5730 bracket structure is different from the previous two. The middle pad is then punched to punch one pad.
