The second connection method can not light at least the 10 lamp beads connected in series with the open circuit lamp bead.


As another example, what if one of the lamp beads is short-circuited. The first connection method will cause the three lamp beads in parallel to not light up, while the second connection method: the short-circuited lamp beads will cause the voltage of the positive and negative terminals of the series of lamp beads to decrease, which will cause them to be connected in parallel. The voltage of the other two groups (20 lamp beads) of the terminal decreases, which eventually causes the 20 lamp beads to fail to start (not light) due to insufficient voltage.


However, in the group with short-circuited lamp beads, except for the short-circuited lamp bead, the other lamp beads will be brighter than normal operation (that is because the other two groups cannot be started, so the other 9 lamps in the group with short-circuited lamp beads cannot be turned on). The lamp bead current will increase), and over time, the remaining 9 lamp beads will also be damaged.
