1. It is recommended to use reflow soldering under normal conditions, and manual soldering only when repairing is needed.
2. The maximum power of the electric soldering iron used for manual soldering should not exceed 30W, the soldering temperature should be controlled within 300℃, and the soldering time should be less than 3 seconds.
3. Do not touch the soldering iron soldering tip to the SMD LED lamp bead gel to avoid high temperature damage to the LED lamp bead.
4. When the pin is heated to 85℃ or higher than this temperature, the SMD LED lamp bead cannot be pressed, otherwise the gold wire will be easily disconnected.
2. Reflow soldering
1. The peak temperature of reflow soldering: 260℃ or lower than this value (the surface temperature of the lamp bead).
2. The time required for the temperature to rise above 210°C: 30 seconds or less.
3. Reflow soldering is generally performed once, and no more than twice at most.
4. After reflow soldering, the LED lamp beads need to be cooled to room temperature before they can touch the surface of the LED gel.
