Common precautions in the use of high-power LED lamp beads:
1. Welding conditions
Reflow soldering: Please preheat within 2 minutes at 150°C, and perform 1 soldering within 5s at 240°C after heating.
Soldering iron welding: Use a temperature-controlled soldering iron with a maximum temperature of 25W, whose tip temperature is not higher than 320 °C, and complete the soldering once within 3 seconds. Do not apply external force to the product when soldering. Do not bend the circuit board after soldering is complete.
2. Packaging
Since the moisture absorption of resin causes moisture evaporation and expansion during welding, which may cause interface peeling, the purpose of moisture-proof packaging is to ensure the lowest moisture in the packaging bag.

High power LED lamp beads
The product should be used within one year from the date of packaging. Before the packaging bag is opened, it should be stored in an environment with a temperature of 5~30°C and a relative humidity of <60%. After the packaging bag is unpacked, the product must be welded and used within 24 hours, otherwise the product must be stored in an environment with a temperature of 5~30°C and a relative humidity of <30% for no longer than a week; if there are unused products, please put them back .
The moisture-proof bag is sealed and stored. If the product exceeds the above storage requirements or is damp, it should be baked at 60±5℃ for 12 hours. The electrode surface of the product is gold-plated, which is easy to be corroded or discolored, which makes welding difficult. It is recommended to use it as soon as possible. Take care to avoid rapid changes in ambient temperature, especially in humid environments.
3. Static electricity protection
High-brightness blue, green and white products are sensitive to static electricity. In use, it is necessary to pay attention to electrostatic surges that will damage or destroy the product. Please use a conductive pad to ground the workbench that is in contact with the product through resistance; the tip of the soldering iron must be To be grounded; an ionizer is recommended.
