1. Further improve the luminous efficiency. The theoretical luminous efficiency of light-emitting diodes reaches more than 300lm/W. At present, the luminous efficiency of high-power white light-emitting diodes in the laboratory exceeds 150lm/W, while the luminous efficiency of mass-produced and cost-effective high-power white light-emitting diodes is only in About 70-100lm/W, the energy-saving advantage is not fully utilized. Therefore, the efficiency of light-emitting chips needs to be improved, and the packaging process must be improved from the aspects of structural design, material technology and process technology.
2. Further improve the quality of the spectrum. The human eye is accustomed to the continuous spectrum of light emitted by the sun. At present, the discontinuity of the spectrum of white light emitting diodes, especially white light emitting diodes converted from phosphors, has problems such as high color temperature and low color rendering. Develop high-CRI and wide-spectrum light-emitting diodes to meet the high requirements of lighting for the quality of light sources.
3. To further improve the consistency of light and color, high-power white light-emitting diodes need to maintain good luminous efficiency stability, and can not decay too fast, nor can the white light color become yellow due to long-term use and affect the light color quality.
4. Further reduce costs market price of LED lamps is the key. At present, the light source of high-power LED indoor lighting lamps accounts for a large proportion of the cost, and the initial purchase cost is about 5-10 times that of traditional lighting lamps. New packaging structure and technology are adopted to improve the light efficiency/cost ratio and reduce the unit lumen cost of high-power LEDs.
