1 pcs 265-280nm uvc smd led chip and 1 pcs 395-405nm uva smd led chip.
UVC LED chips is mainly used for the sterilization for killing the virus and bacteria.
The UVA LED has blue or purple light emitting. It is mainly for clients visual effect purpose when they use the sterilization device.

UVA UVC 3535 SMD LED Chip Bicolor 270nm 400nm is packed with ceramic led base.
On the top of the LED chips, it is sealed with quartz glass lens, flat type package. UVC led light is harmful to those silicone lens. So quartz glass is the best choice for the uvc light.
Also UVC leds generates great heat when it works with full power. We are using ALN ceramic led base. It has better thermal dissipation rate compared with the normal ALO ceramic smd leds.
Better thermal dissipation can make those uvc smd leds lifespan longer and lighting decay less.
LED technilcal specs:
It has 2 chips inside. UVC smd led chips, we have two types here:
1. 10*20mil chips with 2-4mW, 0.5W power rated
2. 20*20mil chips with 10-15mW, 1W power rated.
We stronly suggest you to use 1W type uvc smd led chips.
Its cost performance is much more higher than the 0.5w type.
