LED reflow soldering temperature and time introduction
After the LED lamp beads are reflow soldered, the reflow soldering temperature must be set, otherwise it is easy to cause the dead light phenomenon of the batch of lamp beads and cause irreparable losses. So how can LED reflow soldering work badly and cause such unnecessary losses? Guang Shengde explains here for everyone.

LED reflow soldering
1. After the LED reflow soldering temperature curve is adjusted, the mass production must be done after the first board is confirmed and the quality is OK. This is the first confirmation work in the factory quality management.
2. LED reflow soldering. Before doing soldering work, you must read the factory specifications of the LED lamp beads and see its various technical parameters.
1. It depends on the temperature resistance of the LED lamp bead packaging material;
2. It depends on what material the LED welding base material is, such as general PCB (fiber board, etc.), aluminum substrate, ceramic board, etc.;
3. It depends on the solder, whether it is high temperature or low temperature solder paste, or resin, etc.;
4. It should be determined according to the actual quality of the LED reflow soldering equipment, depending on the number of temperature zones of the LED reflow soldering, the control of the pole flow rate, the fan, and the temperature setting of each zone.

3. Reference for general adjustment parameters of LED lamp beads after LED reflow soldering
The lowest temperature is 150-170 degrees, the highest temperature is best 240-245 degrees (the highest temperature can be adjusted to 260, if 245 degrees can melt tin, do not adjust to 260), the time above 220 degrees can not exceed 60 seconds, If the temperature is increased, the time of 260 degrees cannot exceed 10 seconds. If it is 7 temperature zones, you can refer to the following settings: 160, 170, 175, 180, 190, 210, 245, 220. If the LED lamp bead is a silicone lens, BI58SN42 solder paste can be used, and the maximum temperature is 225 degrees Celsius. If it is a PC lens, reflow soldering cannot be used at all.
