This new 1616 ceramic 3W green LED features pure 520–530nm spectrum with high visual sensitivity. Its alumina ceramic base delivers outstanding heat dissipation, low light decay and 50,000-hour stable operation. Mini 1.6×1.6mm size supports dense SMT array layout for compact light modules. Beyond machine vision inspection, it fits traffic signals, stage landscape lighting, optical lab instruments, plant supplementary lights and equipment panel indicators. Fully RoHS compliant, we offer wavelength sorting and customized light source development for mass industrial assembly.

    1616 Ceramic SMD 3W Green LED 520-530nm High Contrast Visible Light LED

    Light waves at 520–530nm fall in the green visible band, which delivers high responsiveness for industrial image sensors. Green lighting generates distinct image contrast while keeping even brightness, ideal for high-precision optical observation.

    Outperforming red and blue spectrums, this waveband clearly outlines tiny edges and surface textures in standardized lighting environments. Its balanced luminous performance ensures stable image capture for automated inspection and lab optical instruments, and also meets visual recognition demands of traffic signal indicators, equipment status lights and stage landscape lighting.

    Built with mini 1616 ceramic packaging with superior heat dissipation, this 3W high-power green LED sustains steady luminous output. It fits diversified custom light modules, covering machine vision, plant supplementary lighting and outdoor long-term lighting equipment.
